According to Marilyn Vos Savant in her column, "Ask Marilyn".

Now if you are a controlled shooter and have an advantage when you throw, her answer does not apply. In fact, the exact opposite pertains to you because you are the house. You have the advantage and over the long term you will win based on the edge you have over the house if you follow the basics taught by GTC.

You should not quit based on whether you are winning or losing. If you have followed the advice given by GTC, your 401-G should be sufficient to handle any losses that you experience.

The only factor that should determine when it is time to leave the tables is whether or not you are able to perform at your peak ability so that you have an advantage over the casino. If conditions are favorable and you have a positive attitude you should continue to play.

Here are some parameter for when you should take a break or quit playing. If you have had 3 or 4 turns with the dice your body will start to get fatigued and you should leave. If you have been standing at the table a long time because of a long roll or there are many players at the table making it a long time to get the dice, your body will be fatigued and you should leave. If you have a long roll adrenaline builds up in your body. When the roll is over that built up adrenaline starts to leave your body, you will get fatigued and you should leave. If your throw does not look good or you do not feel you are performing well, you should leave. If anything is bothering you and you no longer have a positive attitude, you should leave.

Loss limits apply to gamblers who are playing against the house without an edge. They do not apply to controlled shooters with a proven advantage.
